Place the lamb on a roasting tray with the sauce and put in a preheated oven at 180 for approximately 20 minutes longer if you prefer it cooked more. Use your temperature probe to ensure that the lamb is above 75 degrees celsius prior to removing from the oven. Allow the lamb to rest and before serving.
