Chicken, Tomatoes, Coconut Milk, Sunflower Oil, Onion, Curry Leaves, Bay Leaf, Chilli Powder, Yogurt (Milk), Ginger, Garlic, Turmeric, Poppy Seed, Coriander Seeds, Fennel Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Cardomon, Cinnamon, Cloves.
Empty contents into a pan. Add a tablespoon of water. Simmer gently for approx. 10-15 mins. Using your temperature probe ensure this is above 75 degrees celsius prior to serving.
