The feather blade, a long cut of meat taken from the inside of the shoulder, is best served with some simple roasted vegetables. Cooked for several hours in a rich ale stock, the tender meat melts in your mouth for a meal to remember.
Beef, Celery, Onion, Beef Stock, Mushrooms, Carrots
Place in a preheated oven on a baking tray for approx. 40 minutes at 180 degrees, removing the foil for the last 10 minutes. Use your temperature probe to ensure this is above 75 degrees celsius prior to serving.
