DESCRIPTION

The feather blade is a long cut of meat taken from the inside of the shoulder and when cooked slowly becomes beautifully soft and tender.

Our heartwarming recipe will melt in your guests mouths and all you need to do is pop it into the oven!

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat your oven to 180 degrees celsius. Empty your braised beef into a roasting tin and place into the oven for 30 minutes. Ensure your temperature probe reads above 75 degrees celsius for 30 seconds before removing your beef from the oven.

Keep refridgerated. Do not freeze. Use by date on package.
