Place the creamed carrot and swede in a microwave-safe dish. Stir in a small amount of cream and cover with cling film. Cook in the microwave at half-power for two to three minutes. Uncover, stir and taste for heat. Repeat as needed until this luscious mash reaches your desired temperature.
