The secret to Supperbox's mince pie recipe is to jazz up the mincemeat with a little extra fruit and zest. (No soggy bottoms, please.)
Mincemeat, Satsuma , Apple, Lemon, Icing Sugar, Caster Sugar, Butter (Milk), Flour (Wheat), Egg (Egg)
These are best served hot. Pop in the in a preheated oven for a couple of minutes until warmed through. Drizzle over double cream just before serving.
