A staple of Sicilian cuisine that dates back to the 10th century, these spherical delights are a great way to start any Christmas celebration. The yellow pepper coulis compliments the arancini di rosi wonderfully.
Rice, Cream Cheese (Milk), Breadcrumb (Wheat), Sun Dried Tomatoes, Rapeseed Oil, Water, Mozzarella (Milk), Red Chilli, Cornflour, Salt, Basil, Paprika, Black Pepper
Place the arancini onto a baking parchment lined oven tray. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius. Once up to temperature, put the arancini in the oven for 20 minutes until golden brown. Serve with the yellow pepper coulis.
