DESCRIPTION

A twist on a retro seafood dish, but nonetheless, one of our firm favourites.

Topped with nutty manchego, this goes great with a crisp green salad and buttery new potatoes.

INGREDIENTS

Butter (Milk), Cod (Fish), Olive Oil, Béchamel sauce (Wheat), Manchego (Milk), Parsley, Tarragon, Wine (Sulphites), Cream (Milk), Mustard, Paprika, Pepper, Bread (Wheat)

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat your oven to 180 degrees celsius. Empty your the thermidor into oven dish and top with our breadcrumb mix and grated manchego. Place into the oven for 30 minutes until the top is golden brown.. Ensure your temperature probe reads above 75 degrees celsius for 30 seconds before removing from the oven.
