Our home made BBQ sauce make these tender ribs a delight to grace any table either as a starter or a delightful main course.
Pork Ribs, Barbecue Sauce (Wheat, Soya, Celery)
Place the lamb on a roasting tray with the sauce and put in a preheated oven at 180 for approximately 20 minutes longer if you prefer it cooked more. Use your temperature probe to ensure that the ribs are above 75 degrees celsius prior to removing from the oven.
