CHICKEN AND LEEK

Tender chicken breast in a rich, white sauce infused with leeks and a delicious pastry lid. Nobody will be able to resist a second helping!
Chicken, Pastry (Wheat), Bacon, Onion, Celery, Leeks, Egg, Crème Fraîche (Milk), Parsley, Butter (Milk), Wheat Flour, Mustard, Bay Leaf, Thyme, Olive Oil, Lemon
Decant the filling in a oven dish and cover with the puff pastry. Glaze with a beaten egg and place in a preheated oven on a baking tray for approx. 40 minutes at 180 degrees. Remove when the pastry is a golden brown, using your temperature probe to ensure this is above 75 degrees celsius prior to serving.
Keep refridgerated. Do not freeze. Use by date on package.
