Roasted red onion and goats cheese perched on flaky puff pastry is divine for a simple starter.
Pastry (Wheat), Vinegar, Goat's Cheese (Milk), Onion, Thyme
Place on a baking tray in an oven at 180 degrees and cook for approx 8 - 10 minutes. Use your temperature probe to ensure the tartlets are above 75 degrees celsius prior to serving.
